King Charles Rejects Prince Harry's Request for a Meeting During His Visit to the UK: 'NO HAROLD'

During his visit to the UK, King Charles appears to have no time in his schedule to meet with Prince Harry, suggesting that any reconciliation between them is unlikely in the near future. This revelation comes ahead of Prince Harry's attendance at the annual World Child Awards in England, and insiders close to the Royals have indicated that the newly crowned leader has no plans to rearrange his commitments to accommodate a meeting with his youngest son while he is on British soil.

Sources have suggested that Charles's diary is simply too packed to accommodate a meeting with Harry, who previously made shocking allegations about his family in his controversial memoir, "Spare." The same might hold true for Prince William, as reports indicate that the once-close brothers have allegedly not spoken to each other for several months.

This continued tension arises as Harry appears to have cast further aspersions on his father and the rest of his family in his new Netflix special, "The Heart of Invictus." In the special, he claimed that he lacked emotional support when his late mother passed away, saying, "The biggest struggle for me was no one around me really could help. I didn't have that support structure, that network, or that expert advice to identify what was actually going on with me."

Despite Harry's ongoing criticism of his family, reports suggest that he has expressed a willingness to engage in possible peace talks with King Charles and the Prince of Wales. However, Meghan Markle has reportedly informed Harry that she will not accompany him during his UK visit this week.

Harry is said to be traveling to the UK to meet with his estranged family and deliver a speech at the annual World Child Awards ceremony before heading to Germany for the Invictus Games. Meghan, on the other hand, intends to stay away from the UK, particularly following what she perceives as a birthday snub by the Royal Family. A source stated that Meghan is resolute in her decision not to return to the UK and views it as capitulating. The reported birthday snub last month was the final straw for her.

In August, eyebrows were raised when the Royal Family remained silent on Meghan's 42nd birthday, leading some to speculate that it was a deliberate snub. The source continued that Harry had pleaded with Meghan to extend an olive branch to initiate peace talks, but she has made up her mind, leaving him on his own in this endeavor.

Reports also suggest that Meghan harbors concerns about her sister-in-law, Catherine, the Princess of Wales, potentially hindering any reconciliation. The source mentioned that Megan wouldn't be pleased if Harry pursued talks without her presence, as she feels that Kate might interfere in the process. Meghan is expected to join Harry on his trip but only after he has spent time in the UK and traveled to mainland Europe.

This visit comes in the midst of ongoing rumors about the state of the Sussexes' marriage, which began with the release of Harry's controversial memoir, "Spare," and the fallout from its explosive claims about King Charles and Prince William. Additionally, there were speculations surrounding the coronation, which Harry attended alone, and the news that the couple's multi-million dollar deal with Spotify was coming to an end.

These factors prompted questions about why Meghan was not accompanying her husband for the entirety of his overseas trip. The couple did attend Beyoncé's Renaissance Tour last week at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, with photos from the concert circulating on social media.
