According to an insider speaking with In Touch Weekly, the Duchess of Sussex purposefully stopped wearing her engagement ring, leading people to question its absence, and naturally, the media picked up on it.
The source further noted that the couple, formerly senior members of the Royal Family, appears to be spending increasingly more time apart, which is considered a worrisome sign for their relationship.
Regarding the missing engagement ring, the insider stated, "Meghan has claimed the ring is being repaired, but she's been spotted on multiple occasions without it since May." They added, "And she has to know that not wearing it would cause divorce rumors to explode." Some believe she did it intentionally to subtly communicate her dissatisfaction with the marriage to Harry.
The insider went on to say, "There's no doubt they've been living separate lives," and highlighted that a divorce would be particularly challenging for Prince Harry, who left behind his family and life to seek a new one in the United States with Meghan. Losing Meghan would be devastating for him, and he is reportedly "desperate" to mend their relationship.
