IRS Investigates Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Over Travalyst Fund Allegations

The Archewell Foundation involvement of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle has drawn criticism. The pair was reportedly giving the foundation just one hour a week, according to a report that was released in March of this year. However, it appears that the Archewell Foundation's website hasn't been updated to reflect their most recent activity after looking at specific portions of the site.

Notably, despite this connection having ceased months ago, the Archewell Audio page on the foundation's website still refers to Meghan and Harry's agreement with Spotify. The report published in March also revealed that the Sussexes had distributed over $3 million in grants after raising $13 million from two wealthy benefactors.

The Daily Mail, which obtained public documents, claimed that Harry and Meghan only contributed one hour a week to the foundation, which translates to 52 hours a year. Archewell Productions, associated with the foundation, seems to have just one staff member, and the Archewell Foundation itself has faced challenges with the Trademark Office, having exhausted all five extensions allowed. One of the extensions was due to a lack of clarity regarding its purpose and products.

There are concerns that Kevin Carner's content has been used to divert attention from Archewell's struggles, and the same applies to Harry's involvement with other organizations, such as BetterUp, which doesn't seem directly related to the successful Invictus project. Additionally, there are reports of staff turnover and apparent downsizing at Archewell, with French journalists even visiting the empty office in Beverly Hills, revealing a lack of activity related to filing documents.

A recorded video of the visit showcases the vacant offices, and these journalists have produced a documentary exposing the company's lack of transparency. Some critics have raised concerns about the legitimacy of the Archewell Foundation, suggesting it may be operating as a fraudulent scheme. They point to the foundation's registration in Delaware, where around 95% of funds could theoretically be allocated to various expenses, including private jets, clothing, parties, jewelry, security, and more.

The IRS is reportedly conducting an investigation into Archewell amid troubling allegations regarding Harry's potential embezzlement of charity funds. Some have questioned the use of a $10 million donation received in 2022, especially since it's almost the end of 2023. Furthermore, there have been reports of donations going to Meghan's attorney, raising eyebrows about fund usage.

One of the most controversial allegations revolves around Prince Harry allegedly transferring $200,000 from Travalyst, a charity initiative, into his own for-profit company. While Harry and his company claim this transfer was legal, an anonymous source strongly disagrees, asserting that it amounts to theft. This source argues that regardless of legal technicalities, moving donated money from one charity into a private company's account is unequivocally theft.

The nature of Prince Harry's involvement with Travalyst, a travel initiative he founded in 2019, remains contentious. Reports have suggested he was removed from the board of directors, but Travalyst CEO s Davy has emphasized his continued integral role within the organization.
