Prince Harry in Despair as King Charles Revokes Security, Exerting Control Over Meghan Markle and Him

According to a recent story from Byline Times, it looks like the continuing rivalry between the Royal Family is getting more intense. This report goes into great detail about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's exit from the palace and validates the story they told in their Netflix documentary about the difficulties they had getting security once King Charles III removed their protection.

The article claims that King Charles was not at all happy with his youngest son's choice to leave the royal family and follow his own way.  At the time, he faced two choices: either keep the Sussexes securely within the British royal fold or isolate and criticize them as comprehensively as possible to diminish the threat of them overshadowing the rest of the family.

The source indicated that Charles was once again concerned about someone else outshining him in the headlines. The greater truth is that Harry and Meghan tend to generate more attention-grabbing headlines than King Charles and Camilla or William and Kate. The notion of the Sussexes continuing to be in public service while living abroad and beyond the control of the royal institution, dominating the media narrative, just wasn't a tenable situation.

The report alleges that the palace made significant efforts to ensure this endeavor would fail. It commenced with the removal of their security and then approval of a 12-month onslaught by the UK press on Harry, Meghan, and everyone connected to them.

These media allegations align closely with the couple's docuseries, suggesting that the royal family was behind the disparaging headlines. What complicated matters was Prince Harry's determination to take legal action against the tabloids for their relentless coverage.

However, this was deemed highly undesirable by the offices of Prince Charles and Prince William because they engaged in extensive behind-the-scenes negotiations with the editors and correspondents to secure favorable coverage and protection when scandals arose. Since nobody wanted those dealings to end up in a courtroom, Harry and Meghan were considered expendable, but the heirs and their spouses were not.

This made it relatively straightforward for King Charles to terminate the Sussexes' transition funding, which Prince Charles knew was his son's only lifeline to safety. It was seen as an effective way to attempt to bring Harry and Meghan back in line in the UK.
