For instance, security arrangements necessitate a minimum of 30 days' notice when the King's presence is involved. This is not a decision imposed by the royal family but rather by the Home Office. Furthermore, Prince Harry travels with a sizable security team, all of whom require thorough security vetting. Failure to provide adequate notice only complicates matters.
Moreover, Windsor Castle differs from privately owned royal residences like Sandringham or Balmoral. Therefore, security measures are understandably stricter. Harry's own security detail poses additional challenges, especially given that one of his bodyguards faces legal restrictions in carrying a firearm due to a prior incident involving domestic violence, a factor governed by California law. Thus, ensuring that all security personnel are cleared in advance is crucial.
While it may appear as though Prince Harry's father has rejected him, the reality is quite different. King Charles extended an invitation for Harry to join the family in Balmoral, which Harry declined in favor of Windsor, where he had already planned to attend an event. The notion that he had nowhere to stay stems from his failure to provide the requisite notice for security arrangements. Blaming his father or the palace for these circumstances is misleading.
Prince Harry's actions as an adult, nearing 40, must be attributed to his choices and behavior, not his upbringing.
