Crown Princess Victoria Defends Kate & William on Instagram Amid Meghan Markle's Attack

Crown Princess Victoria took a stand to defend Kate and William on Instagram just before Meghan's attack. Princess Kate and Prince William graced the red carpet on Thursday evening as part of an early holiday tradition at the annual Royal Variety performance held at London's iconic Royal Albert Hall. This year's event had an extra touch of royalty with the presence of Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden attending as well. Following the event's conclusion, Meghan allegedly used bot accounts on Twitter to concoct a story about a feud between Crown Princess Victoria and the Wales' couple that supposedly arose during the event. 

However, Princess Victoria decided to break her silence and refute Meghan's falsehoods. Earlier reports suggested that Meghan and others purchased around 50 bot accounts to spread these rumors and tarnish the royal family's reputation while simultaneously praising Harry and Meghan. One of these bot accounts tweeted insinuations about Princess Victoria's displeasure with Prince William's treatment, claiming she was left behind and waiting for him while he engaged with others for about 10 minutes. These allegations accused William and Kate of turning their backs on their guests, labeling it as unacceptable behavior.

Another tweet insinuated that Victoria was taken aback by William's sudden affectionate behavior, as he had not attended previous invitations from the Swedish royal family. The tweet suggested that he was controlling and in charge.

However, amidst this controversy, Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel chose to break their silence and expressed their gratitude to the Prince and Princess of Wales for the delightful show. They commented on a post by Kate and William, who shared a video from the event and praised the performers and behind-the-scenes team for making the Royal Variety performance happen.

Later, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel shared their own photos from the event on their social media accounts, thanking the Prince and Princess of Wales once again. They mentioned that they were guests of the Prince of Wales at the Royal Variety performance in the Royal Albert Hall, where they had the opportunity to meet the artists.

Meanwhile, Prince William, despite the ongoing controversy surrounding the discriminatory allegations against his wife Princess Kate, proudly accompanied her to the event. The couple appeared composed and untroubled by the recent criticisms and accusations. Observers noted their hand-holding, which was seen as a new form of public display of affection from William and Kate. Some interpreted this gesture as a message to the world, indicating William's adoration and pride in his wife.
