Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Ejected from VIP Seats at Film Premiere, Forced to Sit in 8th Row

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle found themselves quite angered by the perceived snub when they were seated in the eighth row at the premiere of the Bob Marley film. Notably, the Jamaican Prime Minister and his wife occupied the prestigious front rows, while the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were relegated to the eighth row. In a video capturing the moment, Harry halts in disbelief upon spotting their seats, glances towards the front row, and then proceeds to their assigned seats for the premiere.  Reports suggest that Meghan purchased a ticket from Tony Ness, who, however, did not offer VIP seating. Meghan's objective was to attract investments to Archwell, the production company where she holds a management role, by networking with influential Hollywood figures like Ted Sandos, Jeff Bezos, Tyler Perry, Oprah, Ellen DeGeneres, and the Paramount CEO.

Megan, who had previously reserved prime seats at Wimbledon, now found herself seated in the eighth row at the premiere in Jamaica, wearing a black floor-length ball gown amid attendees dressed more casually. This choice of attire led to mockery, with some questioning if she now identified as Jamaican, while others criticized her for overdressing. A royal expert commented on Harry and Meghan's appearance in Jamaica, claiming it was a deliberate move to challenge the Royal Family's perception of them. The couple's association with Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Hus, known for advocating the severance of ties with the British Monarchy, added a controversial element to their visit.

 According to commentator Richard Fitz Williams, the Sussexes' presence in Jamaica was carefully orchestrated to emphasize the potential impact of their brand in the Commonwealth. The expert asserted that this strategic move was intended to remind the world of the influence they could have wielded within the royal framework.

 He criticized the couple, stating that their staged appearance in Jamaica during a tumultuous week for the royal family was a calculated attempt to garner significant publicity. This, he suggested, was a subtle way for Harry and Meghan to demonstrate the value they could have brought to the Royal Family despite their strained relationship.
