These two couldn't wait to sell their souls to the highest bidder. Netflix probably saw dollar signs, thinking a real-life prince and princess would make blockbuster shows. Too bad it turned out to be all hype and no substance. What have they produced so far? A lame documentary and Megan's cartoon that got canned after a day – not exactly quality content for a $100 million deal. I bet it grinds Megan's gears that her Hollywood comeback has been a massive flop. She probably thought starring in Netflix shows would make her the next Reese Witherspoon or Shonda Rhimes. Sorry, Meg, but your acting chops on Suits don't translate to producing. Stick to calligraphy and princess cosplay.
The worst part is, Harry and Meghan still act like they're God's gift to entertainment. They prance around pretending they're a less famous CBS when, in reality, they're just glorified influencers shilling on Instagram. I guarantee Netflix execs are having major remorse over this deal. They probably thought hiring a real prince would bring in views, but it's brought nothing but headaches. Harry and Meghan have spent the last few years trashing the royal family and playing the victim – not great PR for Netflix.
The Sussexes try to act woke, but it's all for show. In reality, they're just hustlers looking for the next payday. Now that Netflix is over their nonsense, I bet they'll come crawling back to the UK, begging for money and attention. Unfortunately for them, that ship has sailed. The royal family and the British public are done with their drama. In my opinion, Netflix would be smart to cut ties now – don't renew the contract, cut your losses, and move on. Let some other suckers overpay for the troublesome twosome.
Harry and Meghan need a wakeup call – they can't keep monetizing their royal connections while badmouthing the queen. It's tacky, two-faced, and no one's buying it. I give Megan and Harry's marriage five years max before she dumps him and moves on. She's clearly calling the shots, and poor Harry is just along for the ride. He's probably whipping up old-fashioned cocktails for her while she scrolls through acting gigs on her iPhone.
