Crisis Unfolds: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Express Frustration as a 'Tsunami' of Challenges Strikes

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry find themselves grappling with a growing wave of internal conflicts, akin to a tsunami, within their company, Archewell. Bennett Levens, the fifth senior employee in the organizational hierarchy, has decided to step down after dedicating over a year to the company. Over the past 14 months, a total of five individuals have bid farewell to their roles at Archewell, raising concerns for the couple. Founded in 2020, shortly after Meghan and Harry's departure from the royal family as they embarked on their journey to financial independence, Archewell serves as both a video and audio production company and a charity.

The recent departure of Archewell's manager, Bennett Leven, has raised eyebrows, with royal expert Jenny Bond expressing her apprehensions about the couple and the company's future. Leven's resignation, officially announced on Monday, January 30th, is believed to have been decided upon the previous month. Appearing on talk TV, Bond remarked, "It doesn't sound good, does it? It really was a tsunami of people leaving, including a manager and a production director." The departure of Bennett Leven adds to a concerning trend, as the couple has seen key personnel leaving Archewell in recent months. Last year witnessed the loss of the head of content and the director of marketing, and Bond notes that Leven joins a long list of departures from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's team in recent years.

This trend raises red flags for Archewell Industries and the foundation associated with it. The series of departures began in December 2022, with Mandana Dioni, who served as Archewell's president from 2021 to 2022, resigning after just 18 months. In the same month, head of audio Rebecca Sans followed suit after working with the company for a total of 18 months. In 2023, Farah Taylor, head of marketing, and Ben Browning, head of internal content, also left their roles.

Regarding Leven's recent resignation, a source revealed to the Daily Mail's Richard Eden that it was a blow to the company. Bennett, in a social media post about his new role, shared his excitement, stating, "I'm excited to tell you that I'm starting a new role at Kinetic Media."
