Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Accused of Throwing Sandringham Summit Out of the Window

Kinsey Schofield has criticized Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's recent action in their royal rebranding, highlighting their controversial new website. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex faced backlash after rebranding their official website from Archewell to Sussex.com. The landing page features a photo of the couple taken during their last Invictus Games in Dusseldorf. The website includes biography pages for the Duke and Duchess. Harry is hailed as a "New York Times Bestselling author" for his memoir Spare, with his "compassion, vulnerability, and unflinching honesty" praised.

Meghan's achievements highlight her role as a "champion of human rights and gender equity" and briefly acknowledge her former Hollywood career. Breaking their cover, the royal couple appeared at a skiing resort in Whistler, British Columbia, where they met with athletes at the training camp for the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025.  In response to criticism about the website and their use of the royal crest, a spokesperson for the Sussex office stated, "We’ve heard time and time again that certain opportunities are make or break for the couple.

They’re still here. They’re still working and pursuing what they believe in, despite constantly being challenged and criticized. This couple will not be broken."  During a discussion with GBN America, royal commentator Kinsey Schofield expressed her views on the rebrand, suggesting that the new site "flirts with what they agreed not to do during the Sandringham Summit." Schofield questioned whether the couple disregarded the Sandringham summit agreement due to dissatisfaction with the outcome.

Schofield pointed out that it is not permissible to monetize the royal brand, and she noted that the Sussexes have essentially relaunched Sussex Royal without using the word "royal" but still incorporating a crest and their titles.

She further speculated that the rebranding might be an attempt to separate the Archewell brand from the personal chaos surrounding Prince Harry's recent court cases. According to Schofield, the public may be uncertain about the values and purpose of the Archewell foundation.

Schofield concluded that the website does not give a favorable impression and appears to take advantage of the absence of the Queen and Prince Harry's reduced role. She described the website as boring and suggested that it reflects the couple's current state.
