Prince Harry's legal battle over his US visa application, mentioned in his memoir "Spare," doesn't directly prove his drug use, but its outcome could determine whether he returns to the UK, according to a US lawyer.  Currently, Prince Harry's US visa application is under review in the American court system, and its resolution may affect his residency status. The Heritage Foundation has urged the Department of Homeland Security to disclose Harry's immigration records, particularly his responses to questions regarding drug use on the application form. While Harry isn't personally on trial, his statements are scrutinized. 

The Heritage Foundation is concerned that Harry may have received special treatment, allowing him entry despite his admission of drug use in his 2023 memoir. Several questions have emerged during the proceedings, including whether Harry falsified his application and if Homeland Security is obligated to make this information public. Christopher Melcher, a celebrity lawyer based in the US, emphasized the gravity of lying on such forms and the potential consequences.

There's controversy surrounding President Joe Biden's alleged favoritism towards Prince Harry due to his support in the visa case. The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, is engaged in a legal battle with Homeland Security to make Harry's request public, arguing that his drug history, as disclosed in his memoir, should disqualify him from entering the US.

In his memoir, Harry openly admitted to using cocaine, marijuana, and psychedelic mushrooms. The Biden Administration has backed Harry in this case, while Homeland Security is cautious about releasing documents publicly, citing concerns about the Duke's privacy.
