Archewell President Mandana Dayani Resigns Amid Allegations of Charity Money Laundering Involving Meghan Markle

Archewell, the nonprofit organization founded in 2020 by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, encompasses their charitable activities along with their content production company. However, recent months have seen whispers of issues behind the scenes, and it appears those rumors were not unfounded. Just last week, it was announced that Mandana Dayani, who had served as president and executive director of Archewell since January 2021, was stepping down from her role.

In a statement, Dayani claimed she was leaving to pursue new professional opportunities. However, sources close to the situation paint a very different picture. According to multiple insiders, Dayani became increasingly troubled by a lack of transparency and poor financial accounting practices at Archewell over the past year. While the foundation claims to operate with integrity and accountability, Dayani reportedly found no clear system for tracking donations or allocating funds towards charitable programs and initiatives.

Rather than being put to good use helping those in need, as the foundation portrays, insiders allege that a significant portion of donations have simply disappeared, with no clear paper trail of where the money has gone. Dayani raised concerns about this, only to be ignored or dismissed by senior leadership. As president, Dayani pushed for an external financial audit to get to the bottom of the discrepancies. However, Harry and Meghan vehemently refused an audit, exacerbating Dayani's suspicions that they were attempting to hide improper spending and financial mismanagement.

Feeling her ethics were being compromised, sources say Dayani had no choice other than to resign. So, what could Harry and Meghan possibly be trying to hide if their finances are as they claim? Well, according to confidential documents obtained by my sources, a closer look behind the Archewell curtain paints an even more sinister picture of financial malfeasance and what appears to be outright money laundering.

Bank records show millions of dollars in Archewell donations have been funneled through shell companies and offshore accounts, with the money eventually making its way back to Harry and Meghan in the form of lavish properties, designer clothes, private jet travel, and other luxuries far beyond their stated salaries. It seems the nonprofit is basically serving as their personal piggy bank.

For example, over $5 million was donated last year alone for the couple's mental health efforts. But records show only a tiny fraction of that actually went towards any programs or staff salaries. The bulk of it was diverted through several companies with anonymous owners in tax haven countries like Panama, only to end up financing Meghan's recent shopping sprees in Italy and Monaco, as well as upgrades to Harry's luxury homes.

Red flags also surround a $2 million donation last fall, allegedly for COVID relief in India. That money was supposedly routed through three separate companies, two based in the Cayman Islands and another registered in Wyoming with no office or employees. From there, it vanished without any indication it ever supported aid efforts overseas, as promised.

To make matters even more egregious, leaked documents reveal the couple has been paying themselves exorbitant consulting fees from Archewell, totaling over $1 million each last year alone, on top of their already substantial personal wealth. All signs point to this being a blatant scheme to avoid income taxes while padding their own pockets with donation funds that were meant for charitable work, not personal enrichment.

If accurate, this level of financial impropriety represents an utter abuse of donors' trust and goodwill. It's basically stealing from charities and sinking Archewell donations into an international money laundering operation for their own self-interest. No wonder Dayani wanted out when she discovered the depths of the deception apparently happening right under her nose.

Of course, Harry and Meghan deny any wrongdoing through their attorneys, but serious questions clearly need to be answered here. An independent forensic audit is absolutely crucial to determine exactly where all of Archewell's money has gone since its inception. If they have nothing to hide, as they claim, they should welcome transparency. But based on their reported stonewalling so far, it certainly seems like they have plenty to fear coming to light.
