Given the fact that she has no royal descent, or even close to it, Megan's desires are unlikely to be accepted.
Meghan lived and breathed as if her life were a fantasy movie. She thought she could turn her fantasy into reality. However, everyone who witnessed this moving picture of desire was simply left disappointed. Perhaps Megan had nightmares about being an actress in big films, and that was her tremendous anxiety.

Thus, they have become dependent on royal money. They should have thought about this earlier, before making such an important decision.
A sure sign of it being too late is her latest move, where she sells her homemade jams, like the one she made with Oprah. From a critical perspective, this seems desperate. However, it might be that Megan is happy with her newfound freedom. She is free from her husband's family and from royal obligations.
In addition, I would like to mention the scandal about the jewelry, which was missing from her wardrobe, but she wasn't aware of it. As a result, it became quite popular. It seems that Megan has been moving with impudence for quite some time now. Now she is portrayed as a money-loving and materialistic woman. It's not clear whether she really is, but the facts speak for themselves. Perhaps she is that kind of person.
