Kate Middleton and Her Children to Embark on Important Trip, Bringing Tears of Joy

It's been a challenging few months for George, Charlotte, and Louis following Princess Katherine's cancer diagnosis. However, the young royals have something very exciting to look forward to this week. Despite the difficult times, there have been many standout moments for the children recently, including meeting Taylor Swift, attending the Trooping the Colour, and a potential upcoming visit to Wimbledon.

Excitement is building in the Wales household as the school term is almost over. Saturday, July 6, marks an important date on their calendar: the last day of the term at Lambrook School. George, Charlotte, and Louis all attend the Berkshire prep school, in years six, four, and one, respectively, and are eagerly counting down to the start of their long summer holidays.

What's more, the new school year doesn't start until Wednesday, September 4, meaning the Wales children can enjoy more than eight weeks away from their studies. Charlotte will be especially pleased, as proud dad William recently revealed that his only daughter has been sitting exams at school and has been enjoying them.

As the summer unfolds, the young royals can anticipate a blend of relaxation and adventure. The Isles of Scilly offer a serene escape with stunning landscapes and calm waters, perfect for unwinding and enjoying family time. They may also travel to Scotland to spend time with King Charles at Balmoral. The late Queen spent every summer there, and multiple members of the royal family would join her, including William, Katherine, Charles, Camilla, and Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice. It is a tradition that Charles is likely to maintain, as Balmoral is widely thought to be the monarch's favorite residence. "Granny is the most happy there. I think she really, really loves the Highlands," described her granddaughter Princess Eugenie in the documentary *Our Queen at 90*.

In the coming weeks, the Wales family will look forward to quality time together. However, if you thought the oldest of the Prince and Princess of Wales' children would be resting this summer, you'd be wrong. Ten-year-old George is a huge tennis fan, and if the family spends time at their Norfolk home, Anmer Hall, the future king will have plenty of chances to play. Tennis is known to be a brain-boosting activity, ideal as he gears up to choose his next school.

A study by AEC revealed that playing tennis could make Prince George 10% more focused and energized compared to non-tennis players, as well as 26% more positive. Additionally, 21% of tennis players were better able to cope with stress than those who never pick up a racket. Being upbeat and calm are fantastic qualities for little George, especially as his family navigates this tricky time.

At just 10 years old, Prince George has become a regular at Wimbledon, sitting alongside his mother and sister, Princess Charlotte, at the tournament. It's no surprise he loves to watch the sport, as he has been playing since he was tiny and has even had lessons from champion player Roger Federer. When Prince George started playing back in 2017, the Princess of Wales admitted her son just wanted to whack a ball. However, if he takes after his talented mother, we're sure George has made significant progress, especially since Roger Federer praised his good tennis technique after they played together.

While Prince George might not be thinking about his fitness levels, tennis will set him on a great path to becoming strong as he grows. It's a great way to improve cardio and lung capacity, and it's a full-body workout. Even actions that seem simple at first, like hitting a ball, require your whole body to be in sync.

As the Wales family looks forward to a summer filled with fun and relaxation, their resilience and positive outlook continue to shine, bringing hope and joy to those around them.
