Even though it was suggested by royal custom that the Duchess's bridesmaids wear tights, the now Princess of Wales was allegedly too fatigued to dispute with the Duchess about the matter. Both the Duchess of Sussex and her then-confidant Jessica Mulroney were firm in their belief that the bridesmaids should not wear tights. Moreover, Catherine allegedly became irritated because she thought Princess Charlotte's dress was too short and ill-fitting.
