King Charles Takes Bold Move in Meghan Markle’s Fate and Divorce from Prince Harry—What It Means for Archie and Lilibet

King Charles has reportedly asked Prince Harry to come up with a plan for reuniting his children with their relatives in the UK. The Duke of Sussex, who now resides with his wife Meghan Markle and their children in the UK, has been instructed to arrange for their children to visit their homeland. Royal expert Tom Quinn has noted that King Charles is frustrated, as his only contact with his grandchildren so far has been through video calls, which he finds unsatisfactory.

Quinn explained that Charles is eager for William and Kate's children to spend weekends at Highgrove, which would make it easy for Harry's children to visit from their nearby residence. This arrangement would avoid having Meghan present, as she wouldn’t need to be there, and the children could return to the US after a week or two.

Prince Harry had earlier discussed his feelings about American citizenship, stating, “Do I feel American? No, I don’t know how I feel.” He admitted that while the idea of American citizenship has crossed his mind, it is not a current priority for him.

In the midst of ongoing royal tensions, King Charles is reportedly taking significant steps to connect with his grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. There are even discussions about a potential state visit to the US to meet them. Charles has met Lilibet only once and has seen Archie a few times.

A royal expert claims that Prince Harry is under pressure from King Charles to make a decisive move to mend the rift with his brother, Prince William. Tom Quinn revealed that the Monarch is urging Harry to find a UK-based residence to facilitate more quality time with Archie and Lilibet. This move could potentially lead to a reconciliation between the estranged brothers.

Quinn also mentioned that Charles feels Harry should reconcile with his past for the sake of his children, but he perceives that Harry is using access to the children as leverage, which Charles finds unacceptable.
