Prince William and Kate Middleton’s ‘Naughty’ Sense of Humor Keeps Their Marriage Spark Alive, Says Expert
Prince William and Kate Middleton continue to share laughter and joy, even after more than a decade of marriage. Despite their royal responsibilities as the Prince and Princess of Wales and their roles as parents to Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, the couple remains playful with each other, keeping the spark alive in their relationship.
Royal author Christopher Anderson shared insights with Fox News Digital, saying, "William once described Kate's sense of humor as 'naughty' and his own as 'dirty.' He mentioned that it was one of the key things that brought them together. While they've certainly adjusted their behavior for the sake of their children, they can still make each other laugh uncontrollably."
Reflecting on their early days together, Prince William revealed in 2010 during an interview with Tom Bradby, “We met at university – at St Andrews we were friends for over a year before anything romantic happened. We just spent more time together, had a good laugh, and realized we shared a lot of the same interests. It was a lot of fun."
He continued, "Kate's got a really naughty sense of humor, which works well with me because I have a dry sense of humor. It was good fun – we shared lots of laughs, and that’s when things started to blossom.”
