Prince William and Kate Middleton Make Fitness a Priority as They Prepare for 2025 Goals
Kate Middleton seems to be finding her stride again, with the full support of Prince William by her side.
After completing her nine-month cancer treatment, the Princess of Wales is returning to her active lifestyle. Palace insiders reveal that the future king has been joining her at the gym, showing his commitment to supporting her recovery.
Kate has always been known for her athleticism, often demonstrating her active nature during royal engagements. Now, after a long recovery period, Kate is “relieved to finally have the energy to start being active again,” a source told *Life & Style*.
"William is joining her for some of her workouts," the insider confirmed. "It’s something they both really enjoy together. They treat their workout sessions like a date." The couple is said to be quite competitive and love pushing each other during their gym sessions.
Another source revealed that Prince William, who has vowed to support others on their own journeys, is following through by making fitness a priority in his and Kate’s lives.
The news comes as Prince William shared during his recent trip to South Africa that Kate will be accompanying him on overseas visits in 2025. “I think Catherine will be doing a bit more next year, so we’ll have some more trips maybe lined up,” he said, referring to their busy year ahead.
The couple has reportedly set ambitious goals for the coming year, aiming to get in the best shape of their lives together. “They have a whole plan with a trainer, which includes their diets and plenty of protein to build muscle,” the insider added. “They’re both so thrilled that Kate is well enough to take this on, and they’re really enjoying it!”
