Has Meghan Markle's Desperate Attempts to Return to the UK After Trump's Election Just Been Exposed?
So, has Meghan Markle just been exposed for desperately trying to return to the UK after Donald Trump won the U.S. presidential election? What a difference a few months and a Trump win make!
Earlier this year, Prince Harry made headlines with a controversial statement claiming that Meghan would never return to the UK, as he feared it was too dangerous. He even mentioned that he feared she might be the victim of a knife or acid attack. Of course, despite this dire warning, when the couple has visited the UK, there have been no issues, no attacks, and no incidents—at least none that we know of. But now, things seem to have changed. According to The Daily Mail, Harry and Meghan are reportedly making desperate attempts to return to the UK following Trump’s win.
Richard Eden of The Daily Mail revealed that Harry is now worried about deportation. Now, this is a Mail Online article, so I’ll only paraphrase part of it. You’ll have to check it out for the full details. When Richard disclosed last month that Harry and Meghan had purchased a home on the coast of Portugal, many speculated about the reasons behind this purchase. Some even guessed it could be a potential escape plan if Donald Trump won the election.
An insider shared with Richard Eden that Harry and Meghan had been making increasingly desperate attempts to mend relations with the royal family after several hostile comments from the Trump family and even from Trump himself. If you haven’t seen my previous videos, I’ve shown interviews where Trump has made it clear that he’s not a fan of Harry and Meghan. At one point, he even said that the American public has a right to know about Harry’s visa situation.
So, what does this mean for Meghan? Could she also be trying to extend an olive branch to the royal family? Could we be seeing more of Meghan in the UK in the years to come, especially with Trump now back in power?
GB News has reported that Meghan is upset about Trump’s win and might want to leave America. Charlotte Griffith from GB News mentioned that Meghan has always viscerally disliked Trump, even calling him a misogynist on live TV, so it’s possible she could be planning an exit.
When asked about Harry’s visa by Nigel Farage on GB News, Trump responded that if Harry lied or violated any immigration rules, appropriate action would be taken. Trump also stated in a past interview that the American people have a right to know what happened with Harry’s visa and the details behind it.
Now that Trump has been re-elected, Harry and Meghan may be facing a tough time. Charlotte Griffith believes Harry’s new home in Portugal could come in handy, especially with Trump’s hardline stance on immigration. In fact, Trump has previously said he wouldn’t protect Harry, and if Harry’s visa situation is exposed, he could face deportation.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams also weighed in, saying that while Harry might have been foolish to discuss his past drug use, it’s unlikely Trump would risk embarrassing the royal family by expelling Harry. But I think Fitzwilliams is wrong. Trump doesn’t care about optics; if there’s an issue with Harry’s visa, he’ll act. The relationship between Trump and Harry and Meghan hasn’t been great, and Trump has no qualms about dealing with them directly.
As we look at all these developments, it’s clear that Meghan and Harry’s future in the U.S. may not be as secure as they once thought. With Trump back in the White House, their hopes of returning to the UK might just become a reality.
