After more than a month away from the public eye, during which she was resting at home due to morning sickness in her first trimester, the Duchess of Cambridge made her long-awaited return to royal duties. Her absence had many of us anxiously awaiting her next appearance, triggering all kinds of dreams about her colorful jackets and matching fascinators. But the wait was finally over as Catherine stepped out in style, attending two separate engagements in one day.
The Duchess made her return by participating in her first state visit, welcoming President Tony Tan of Singapore and his wife. It was clear that her health had improved significantly, as she felt well enough to take on two public engagements that day.
