Meghan Markle made her return to Instagram on New Year's Day and has since shared just three posts.
Following her return to social media, the Duchess of Sussex received some thoughtful advice about sharing moments of her children, Archie and Lilibet, from PR expert Riley Gardiner, who spoke to the *Daily Express*.
Gardiner suggested that Meghan should maintain an active social media presence leading up to the release of her Netflix show, *With Love, Meghan*. According to the expert, waiting until March 4 to post would be a missed opportunity.
When discussing the type of content she should share, Gardiner advised that Meghan's posts should feel authentic, yet not overly self-indulgent. "A photo of her children’s birthday? Sure," Gardiner said, "But it should have substance. It shouldn’t just be a simple 'happy birthday' post. It could be something reflective about motherhood and how she’s shaping their futures."
Since her return to Instagram, Meghan has shared three posts, with one featuring a trailer for her upcoming Netflix show. In the post, she expressed her excitement about the show’s release, saying: “I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it. Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support - and fun!”
However, Meghan has yet to share any photos or videos featuring her children, Archie and Lilibet, on her Instagram account.
