Montecito, once a private and peaceful retreat, is now getting attention for all the wrong reasons, with Chard remarking that the town is “on a pedestal due to the Meghan and Harry celebrity association.”
The expert also pointed out that the unwanted spotlight has drawn more attention to other high-profile Hollywood residents in Montecito, with throngs of curious onlookers flocking to the area.
“They fill the restaurants, hoping to catch a glimpse of the Hollywood stars,” Chard added before concluding her thoughts.
