Prince Harry Takes Center Stage at Invictus Games with Meghan Markle's Support
Prince Harry stepped confidently into the spotlight as he kicked off the highly anticipated Invictus Games, with Meghan Markle by his side showing her support.
Just hours before the couple arrived in Vancouver, it was confirmed that Meghan would be joining Harry for the week-long Winter Games in Canada.
An update shared on the official Invictus Games social media accounts showed Meghan on stage, attentively watching as Harry delivered a heartfelt speech during the opening ceremony.
Harry seemed to embrace advice from royal experts, who had suggested he take center stage, following past claims that Meghan often drew the spotlight. This time, Harry commanded the attention, while Meghan supported him from the sidelines.
In a fan-shared photo circulating on Reddit, Meghan was seen holding the Canadian flag as she and Harry engaged warmly with the crowd from the stage.
This appearance marks the couple's first official joint event since their tour of Colombia in August.
Previously, a source told *People* magazine that their joint appearance would help dispel rumors of a separation.
“I think it’s great that she’s here,” an attendee told the outlet. “There’s been a lot of speculation about their relationship, but this shows, at least to me, that there’s no separation.”
They added, “They seem to present a united front when it comes to causes they’re both passionate about.”
