Prince Harry EXCLUSIVE: Meghan Markle Taking Over Invictus Games?

Prince Harry EXCLUSIVE: Meghan Markle Taking Over Invictus Games?

Something isn’t adding up here, and if you ask me, it kind of sounds like Prince Harry isn’t thrilled about Meghan Markle’s growing involvement in the Invictus Games. In a recent interview with *US Weekly*, Harry’s comments raised more than a few eyebrows. Normally, when you’re doing something with your spouse and you’re asked about their involvement, you’d expect a response like, “I love that they’re here with me,” or “It’s amazing to share this experience together.” But Harry’s words? They tell a different story.

When asked about Meghan’s role in the Invictus Games, Harry said, *“She has been a part of this community since shortly after the Orlando games in 2016, and she has loved every minute of it.”* Wait a minute—does that mean *he* hasn’t loved it? Because that’s exactly what it sounds like.

He then added, *“There are so many special memories.”* Now, I know we’re analyzing this from an outsider’s perspective, but when you’re talking about something you’re doing *with* your spouse, shouldn’t the response be more along the lines of, “I love that she’s here joining me,” or “We’ve been doing this together since 2016, and it’s been incredible”? Instead, Harry’s phrasing makes it sound like Meghan’s enthusiasm is hers alone, leaving us to wonder if he feels the same way.

Let’s face it—Meghan has taken over the Invictus Games. What started as Harry’s passion project has increasingly become a platform for Meghan to shine. And while that might seem like a good thing on the surface, Harry’s comments suggest there might be some underlying tension.

Take, for example, what happened just two weeks ago at the Invictus Games. Once Meghan left, the media coverage of the event dropped by *at least* 80%. Suddenly, no one was talking about it anymore. The only times the Games made headlines were when Harry said something controversial in a speech. It’s almost as if the event lost its sparkle without Meghan’s presence.

This brings us back to Harry’s interview. Instead of saying, “I love having her here since 2016,” or “We’ve been doing this together, and it’s been amazing,” he focuses on *her* enjoyment. *“She has loved every minute of it.”* It’s a subtle distinction, but one that speaks volumes.

Harry also recalled a moment from the Sydney Games in 2018, where he received a bear hug from a well-wisher. He said, *“My genuine concern was that he—the person who gave me the bear hug—would try the same thing on my wife, who was pregnant at the time.”*

At first glance, this seems like a protective husband moment. But when you dig deeper, it feels like Meghan is more of a *worry* to him than a partner. We all know Meghan has a way of making everything about herself. Is she happy? Is she going to get upset? Will she tell him off if something goes wrong?

Let’s not forget the infamous photo from the Invictus Games where Meghan appeared to be scolding Harry when the cameras weren’t on them. It’s moments like these that make you wonder if Harry is constantly walking on eggshells around her.

Here’s the thing—Harry’s Invictus Games were supposed to be *his* legacy. It’s a project he poured his heart into, inspired by his time in the military and his desire to support wounded veterans. But ever since Meghan joined the picture, the focus has shifted.

Meghan’s involvement has brought more attention to the Games, but it’s also shifted the spotlight onto her. And based on Harry’s comments, it seems like he might be feeling overshadowed. When he says, *“She has loved every minute of it,”* it’s hard not to hear a hint of resentment.

So, what’s really going on here? Is Harry subtly throwing shade at Meghan for taking over his passion project? Or is he just struggling to share the spotlight with his wife?

One thing’s for sure—Harry’s comments don’t paint the picture of a couple who are equally invested in the Invictus Games. Instead, they suggest a power dynamic where Meghan’s presence is both a blessing and a burden.

What do you think? Is Harry genuinely happy with Meghan’s involvement, or is there more to his words than meets the eye? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.
