Drew Barrymore Confronts Meghan Markle Backstage: 'You CAN’T Bully My Staff!'

To be a fly on the wall at *The Drew Barrymore Show* when Meghan Markle made her grand entrance. If reports are to be believed, this wasn’t your typical Hollywood love fest—far from it. According to insider sources, Meghan brought enough drama to rival a daytime soap opera, allegedly treating Drew’s staff with the warmth of a Buckingham Palace butler caught serving tea at the wrong temperature.

Yes, it seems Meghan’s visit wasn’t all smiles and gushing praise—at least not behind the scenes.

While Drew Barrymore is known for her bubbly personality and genuine warmth, Meghan allegedly stormed onto the set with all the charm of a thundercloud. Sources claim she was condescending to the crew, making diva-level demands, and carrying herself with the air of someone who still believes they’re second in line to the throne. (Spoiler alert: she’s not.)

The tension reportedly stemmed from Meghan’s apparent belief that she outranks Drew Barrymore—despite Drew’s decades of Hollywood success. While Drew has spent a lifetime navigating show business with charm, resilience, and, let’s be honest, actual talent, Meghan seems to think that shaking hands with the late Queen once upon a time grants her Hollywood royalty status.

Imagine Meghan’s shock when she realized Drew Barrymore—A-list actress, producer, and talk show host—wasn’t about to curtsy to her. Worse still, Drew refused to address her as "Duchess." It’s as if Drew had the audacity to believe that titles don’t automatically grant someone superiority over hardworking people. Shocking, right?

According to whispers from behind the scenes, Meghan’s latest attempt at rebranding—ditching "Markle" and pushing "Sussex"—isn’t exactly catching on. Her insistence on being called "Meghan Sussex" instead of using her actual last name has reportedly left people confused—including herself. A friendly reminder, Meghan: Sussex is a title, not a surname. Even Prince Harry isn’t running around introducing himself as "Harry Sussex." But then again, Meghan has always been the marketing mastermind of the duo.

One can only imagine the eye rolls from Drew’s team when Meghan waltzed in with that "you’re welcome" attitude, expecting royal-level deference.

Sources claim Meghan was dismissive toward Drew’s staff, allegedly treating them as beneath her. And in what might be the least surprising news of the year, she reportedly made the entire production revolve around her—despite being a *guest* on Drew Barrymore’s show.

The backstage drama also comes amid reports that Meghan is struggling in both her professional and personal life. Rumors about tension in her marriage to Prince Harry continue to swirl, with some suggesting things might not be as blissful behind closed doors as the Sussex PR machine wants the world to believe. Add to that the public backlash, failed projects, and her ever-changing public persona, and it’s clear Meghan is working overtime to stay relevant.

Unsurprisingly, the alleged fallout between Meghan and Drew has reportedly led to one inevitable outcome: Meghan Markle won’t be getting a return invitation. If true, Drew and her team probably breathed a sigh of relief the moment Meghan sashayed off set—leaving behind a trail of exasperated staffers and an overwhelming sense of *thank goodness that’s over.*

So, what’s next for Meghan? A new name? A fresh round of grievances? Perhaps a tell-all book titled *How I Was Bullied by Drew Barrymore’s Staff*?

Whatever happens, one thing is certain: Meghan Markle can keep trying to reinvent herself, but the world isn’t buying it. And, it seems, neither is Drew Barrymore.
