Meghan Markle’s Netflix Show ‘With Love, Meghan’ Faces Criticism from Prue Leith
Meghan Markle’s latest Netflix venture, *With Love, Meghan*, has once again sparked controversy—this time drawing criticism from *The Great British Bake Off* judge, Prue Leith.
The esteemed South African restaurateur made her stance clear, expressing no interest in watching the Duchess of Sussex’s new lifestyle and cooking series.
Speaking on *Good Morning Britain*, the 85-year-old culinary expert admitted, "I've only read about it [the show], but I honestly wouldn't watch it."
When pressed for a reason behind her lack of enthusiasm, Prue candidly stated, *"Well, I'm not a Meghan Markle fan."*
Elaborating on her views, she added, *"I don’t know why, but all that sort of touchy-feely mindfulness, endless worrying about what creams you put on your hand—it just doesn’t interest me. I think there's more to life than how you look and what your friends think of you."*
Despite her blunt remarks, Prue acknowledged the possible fallout from her criticism, jokingly adding, *"I’ve probably just alienated half my fans."*
Since its release, *With Love, Meghan* has received mixed reviews, with some praising the Duchess’s take on hosting and entertaining, while others remain skeptical about its appeal. However, despite the controversy, Netflix has already renewed the series for a second season, proving that Meghan’s foray into lifestyle content continues to generate buzz.
