Palace Speaks Out as Prince Harry’s Visa Documents Set to Go Public

King Charles Prepares for Key Meeting as Prince Harry’s US Visa Case Intensifies

King Charles’ office issued a fresh update on an important matter on Tuesday, as Prince Harry’s ongoing US visa case reaches a critical stage.

The monarch, who is set to visit Italy next month, has not seen his estranged son since their brief and urgent meeting last year, when Charles personally informed Harry of his cancer diagnosis.

Prince Harry, who relocated to the United States in 2020, is now at the center of a legal battle regarding his visa application. The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, has argued that the Duke of Sussex’s immigration records should be made public to determine whether he received any “special treatment.”

A federal judge has since ordered the Department of Homeland Security to release a redacted version of Harry’s visa documents, with the deadline set for Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Buckingham Palace provided an update on King Charles and Queen Camilla’s upcoming visit to the Vatican and Italy, scheduled from April 7 to April 10, 2025.

“The King and Queen will undertake State Visits to the Holy See and the Republic of Italy, including stops in Rome and Ravenna, from 7th to 10th April 2025,” a statement from the palace confirmed.

The palace also released the official itinerary for the four-day royal tour.

As Prince Harry’s visa case unfolds, speculation continues over whether he could face deportation to the UK if the disclosed documents suggest any discrepancies in his application. Additionally, questions remain over whether King Charles will step in to support his son amid this mounting legal scrutiny.
