Prince Harry Faces Fresh Lawsuit as US Move Turns Into Legal Headache

Prince Harry Faces Fresh Legal Battle Over US Immigration Status

Prince Harry’s move to the United States is taking a dramatic turn as he finds himself embroiled in yet another legal dispute over his visa status. The Duke of Sussex, already facing scrutiny over his immigration records, is now at the center of a second lawsuit that could further complicate his stay in the country.

The conservative think tank Heritage Foundation has intensified its efforts to uncover Harry’s immigration documents, arguing that he may have misrepresented details—particularly concerning past drug use—on his visa application. The group is demanding transparency from US authorities after the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released heavily redacted files earlier this week under court orders.

Samuel Dewey, an attorney representing the Heritage Foundation, has taken a strong stance against Harry’s presence in the US. Speaking to the Daily Mail, he suggested that the Duke should “self-deport” if he dislikes the country so much.

Dewey went on to claim that Prince Harry was allegedly "furious" about the outcome of the 2024 US Presidential Election, where Donald Trump secured victory. The lawyer argued that if the royal is unhappy with the political climate, he should return to the UK rather than criticize American democracy.

“If he has such an issue with the President, then perhaps he should just ‘go home’ to Britain,” Dewey remarked.

The newly released documents have raised more questions than answers. According to Dewey, discrepancies between **DHS** and **State Department** records suggest that Prince Harry might be residing in the US on an **O-1 visa**—commonly known as the "artist visa." This type of visa is granted to individuals with extraordinary abilities in fields such as entertainment, sports, or the arts.

With mounting pressure from legal and political circles, Harry’s American residency appears increasingly uncertain. As the legal battle over his immigration status intensifies, all eyes remain on how US authorities will handle the case—and whether Prince Harry will be forced to rethink his future in the United States.
