Prince Harry Faces New Lawsuit and Calls to ‘Self Deport’ in Major Setback

Prince Harry Faces New Lawsuit and Calls to ‘Self Deport’ in Major Setback

Heritage Foundation Files Second Lawsuit for Prince Harry’s Immigration Records

The Heritage Foundation has launched a second legal battle to obtain Prince Harry’s immigration records, alleging that the Duke of Sussex may have misrepresented his past drug use on his visa application.

The conservative think tank is intensifying its efforts to gain access to the documents after the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released heavily redacted files earlier this week. The case is expected to drag on for months, potentially adding to Prince Harry’s legal woes and public scrutiny.

Samuel Dewey, an attorney representing the Heritage Foundation, claimed in an interview with the *Daily Mail* that Prince Harry should “self-deport” if he dislikes the United States, stating that the Duke “hates America.”

Dewey further alleged that Harry was “furious” over the outcome of the 2024 U.S. presidential election, in which Donald Trump was re-elected. *“If he dislikes the President, Harry should just go home to the UK,”* Dewey remarked.

The attorney revealed that the newly released documents indicate a *“mismatch”* between records from the DHS and the State Department, prompting the Foundation to develop a new legal theory regarding Harry’s visa status.

Dewey suggested that Prince Harry may currently be residing in the U.S. under an O-1 visa, commonly known as the *“artist visa.”* He further speculated that Harry may have failed to disclose his past drug use on his visa application, despite openly admitting in his 2023 memoir *Spare* and his Netflix series that he had used cannabis, cocaine, and psychedelic substances.

The latest batch of DHS records was released after a judge reviewed them in a private hearing last April. However, many details remain classified, fueling ongoing speculation about the validity of Prince Harry’s visa application.

The Heritage Foundation’s legal fight against DHS has been ongoing for two years. Their lawsuit argues that, had Prince Harry disclosed his history of drug use when applying for his visa in 2020, he could have been denied entry or subjected to further questioning.

Now, the Foundation has taken its efforts a step further by filing a new lawsuit in federal court in the District of Columbia. The case is being overseen by Judge Carl Nichols, the same judge who handled the initial lawsuit.

Court documents reveal that the Heritage Foundation’s latest Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, submitted on September 24 last year, seeks all records related to Prince Harry from January 2020 to the present. This includes internal reports, text messages, emails, notes, and other government communications regarding his immigration status.

Following the release of the redacted DHS documents, Nile Gardiner, a director at the Heritage Foundation, told *GB News* that the organization remains determined to push for full transparency on Prince Harry’s visa records.

“This fight is far from over,” Gardiner stated, reaffirming the Foundation’s commitment to uncovering the truth behind the Duke of Sussex’s immigration status.
