A neighbor of Prince William and Kate Middleton confirms the rumors: 'Their family is…'

A neighbor of Prince William and Kate Middleton has confirmed to the press the latest rumors about the couple.

Kate Middleton (43) and Prince William (43) have gone through one of the most difficult years of their lives after the princess was diagnosed with cancer. Since then, much has changed within the institution and in the daily lives of the future King and Queen of the United Kingdom. Both have acknowledged that, in addition to their commitment to the Crown, the most important thing for them has been their family, especially their children.

To leave behind the bad memories and begin a new chapter, the couple has decided to move to Forest Lodge, an eight-bedroom house with a large estate. The property was acquired by the British Crown in 1829 and was formerly known as Holly Grove.

Kate and William have been renovating the mansion so they can move in at the end of the year. There, they hope to create new memories and enjoy a quieter life, away from constant media pressure.

Kate Middleton and William have alienated their new neighbors.

However, the last few months have not been easy. The arrival at Forest Lodge has sparked controversy in the neighborhood. Two families have had to leave their homes, and nearby residents have been affected by the new security measures.

To protect the mansion, valued at £16 million, surveillance cameras, fencing, and large trees have been installed, and the property boundaries have been redesigned. These modifications have restricted access to a well-known parking area and parts of the park that were previously free to use.

“Many of us have been walking our dogs here for 20 years, so being told we can no longer do so has been a hard blow. We pay annually for the upkeep of the park, but now we're not allowed to use part of it,” a neighbor told The Sun.

Another resident added: “Of course it's disappointing, but I understand that the safety of William, Kate, and their family is the priority. We must ensure they can live happily here.”

Kate Middleton and William have had to increase security at their new home to protect their family.

With these words, neighbors have confirmed what many rumors suggested: the royal family is very important, and therefore, security has been reinforced. Furthermore, several residents have criticized the lack of a public consultation.

However, according to legislation set to expire in 2025, British Crown lands belonging to the King or his immediate heir are protected. Dan Jarvis, Minister for Security, pointed out that “the relocation of a protected titleholder to Forest Lodge reflects its use as part of the Crown Lands at Windsor. And, therefore, it is appropriate to grant it the same protection as other Crown properties.”

Thus, William and Kate's lives have changed drastically. Their family has become their priority. And their neighbors, although frustrated, have understood.
