Royal News: Prince George at Eton College with William: ready to follow in his father's footsteps

The eldest son of the Prince and Princess of Wales was spotted visiting the prestigious school, also attended by his father and Prince Harry. Tuition is reportedly ready: $20,000 per term (and there are three terms per school year).

Prince George is ready to follow in his father's footsteps at Eton College. In secret, 9-year-old George was spotted at Eton College with his parents, William and Kate, on Thursday afternoon. The all-boys boarding school with 1,350 students, attended by both Prince William and Prince Harry as teenagers, is located a short distance from the family home, Adelaide Cottage, in Windsor.

Although Eton College students are between the ages of 13 and 18, they must be enrolled before June 30 of the school year in which the boy turns 10. George will celebrate his tenth birthday on July 22, 2023. The school, according to its website, costs nearly $20,000 per term, with three terms per year. There's also a $500 registration fee.

George currently attends Lambrook School with his younger siblings, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5. Prince George and Princess Charlotte previously attended Thomas's Battersea, not far from the family home of Kensington Palace in London, while Prince Louis was enrolled at Willcocks Nursery School.
