Meghan Markle Reveals Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet Love Bluey in Surprise Appearance

Meghan Markle recently made a surprise appearance on a popular Australian YouTube series, Get Down with Sean and Marley, during what was part of her recent visit to Australia.

The Duchess of Sussex, 44, featured in a video released on May 4, just a few weeks after she and Prince Harry completed their trip to the country. The episode was hosted by Sean Skeels and Marley Whatarau, close friends who both live with Down syndrome.

During the cheerful segment, the hosts presented Meghan with gifts inspired by the well-known Australian animated series Bluey, a show she revealed is a big favorite of her children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4. While holding plush toys of Bluey and Bingo, Meghan warmly said, “Our kids love Bluey!”

She also shared one of her favorite lines from the show, referencing a character who says, “Gonna go take a nan-nap, love!” Meghan reacted with enthusiasm, asking if the hosts and viewers were familiar with the moment.

The hosts also surprised her with a variety of Australian-themed gifts, including Minties candy, chicken salt, rugby jerseys for Archie and Lilibet, sunscreen, beers, and even a novelty swimsuit featuring “Aussie Bum” printed on the back.

Laughing at the gift, Meghan joked that the swimsuit would likely be for Prince Harry, adding lightheartedly that they might even “renew our vows” with him wearing it.

In return, Meghan was also given a framed photo of the hosts, followed by a warm exchange of hugs. She expressed her gratitude, saying, “You’re so kind, you stay in my heart and in my home.”

This appearance follows a previous interaction between Meghan and the duo, who had created a video titled “Meghan’s Spaghetti” last year, recreating a recipe from her Netflix series With Love, Meghan. After that video, Meghan reportedly sent them a thank-you note along with a gift package featuring her lifestyle brand products.

Meghan and Harry’s recent visit to Australia took place from April 14 to April 17, marking their first return to the country since 2018. That earlier visit was notable as the couple announced they were expecting their first child, Prince Archie, who was later born in May 2019.

During their latest trip, the couple attended several engagements, including visits to the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, the Australian War Memorial in Canberra, Swinburne University of Technology, Bondi Beach’s Surf Life Saving Club, and the Australian National Veterans Arts Museum.

Meghan also made a solo visit to McAuley Community Services for Women, a shelter supporting women and families affected by homelessness and domestic violence, where she helped serve food to residents.
