A Reddit user who calls himself Christmaspencil shared a photo of his grandmother on the platform and to everyone's amazement, it is identical to Taylor Swift. "When your grandmother looks like Taylor Swift and your grandfather looks like Hugh Hefner's brother," she wrote next to the image, in which she also referred to her grandfather's resemblance to the founder of Playboy.
This isn't the first time the internet has revealed a Swift doppelganger to the world. In March 2015, the Shake it Off interpreter got confused on Tumblr when she saw a person just like her: "When your best friend looks a lot like Taylor, you have to take 100 selfies," said Morgan Jensen referring to her friend, a girl named Kasey. The photo became so viral, that it reached the hands of the singer, who upon seeing it wrote: "Lol, I thought it was about me."
There are other cases like that of the young Australian Olivia Sturgiss and a woman named Alex Hobbs, who were approached by a group of euphoric teenagers in a clothing store. The girls thought that their music idol was in the same place as them, but later found out that they were normal women with similar physical characteristics to 'Tay'.
