Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner already turned away from a posh ski resort?

Donald Trump's daughter and son-in-law wanted to go on a ski vacation after 4 years in the White House, but their stay could not go as planned.

A well-deserved breath of fresh air. The couple formed by Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have lived four turbulent years in the White House. Also, after Donald Trump's defeat in the presidential election - which he largely contested until the end - they wanted to put on their skis and hurtle down the mountains of Montana to turn the page on the Trump era. But it seems that without their presidential aura, their first winter vacation has encountered some obstacles.

Donald Trump's daughter, who was also her father's advisor throughout his tenure, had chosen to stay at the very chic and select Yellowstone Club. Jared and Ivanka didn't have time to put their bags down, however. Officially, it was the restrictions linked to the Covid-19 pandemic that prevented their stay.

Compliance with the occupancy gauge

The Yellowstone Club emphasized their respect for the resort's occupancy gauge and declined their reservation. According to information from Vanity Fair, this choice could be more linked to the reputation of the political couple. Bill Gates, Justin Timberlake and other upscale personalities would be among the members of this club, whose entrance fees reach several dollars. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner therefore swapped the ski suits and pulled out the summer outfits before taking off for Florida. They rented a luxury oceanfront apartment in Miami's upscale Surfside neighborhood. They will stay there until the end of the construction of their future house, for which they have spent $ 32 million.

After four years of heated political life, marked in particular by historic health, economic and social crises, a relative of the couple told Vanity Fair that they now wanted to "focus exclusively on their family and relax".
