Amber Heard Speaks Out On Marilyn Manson Abuse Allegations
Actress Amber Heard has spoken out on the abuse and sexual assault allegations against Marilyn Manson, calling out the music and entertainment industry for failing to call out the rock artist out earlier.
The Aquaman star, 34, has a personal attachment to the issue of domestic abuse, after testifying in court last year against her ex husband of four years, Johnny Depp - a friend of Manson's.
Sharing a New Yorker article, which spotlight's Manson's openness about his interest in sexual violence, and suggests the public has a "blind spot" when it comes holding public figures accountable, Amber wrote: "And yet, no one sees the trend here?
"Everyone wants to tag a Bathroom wall, no one wants to understand the writing. Evan & I aren't the 1st to raise our hands. Are you done ignoring it?"

It comes after Westworld actress, Evan Rachel Wood, 33, said in a statement that the rocker had "brainwashed and manipulated into submission" as a teenager, after he allegedly started grooming her.
Her allegations have now been backed up by similar testimonies from at least 10 women, who have accused Manson of everything from sexual assault to anti-semitism to physical and emotional abuse.
Responding to the allegations, Manson said they were "horrible distortions of reality." He has since been dropped by his record label and removed from upcoming TV appearances.
Amber's angry tweet comes after she alleged Johnny Depp was abusive - both verbally and physically - during their marriage, telling courts she had "truly feared for her life".
His daughter, Lily-Rose Depp, 21, is Manson's goddaughter.
Depp continues to deny the allegations of abuse.
In November, a judge ruled against the actor in a libel lawsuit against The Sun Newspaper, after they called him a "wife beater".
The actor was recently granted an oral hearing where he will seek to appeal a ruling by the High Court, which is set to be held in March.
