The Secret Behind Donald Trump's Phenomenal Hair
Amy Lasch is the former hairdresser of the President-Elect of the United States, Donald Trump. In an interview quoted from , Wednesday (9/11/2016) Amy shares her secrets about the famous phenomenal hairstyle. This 52-year-old woman has worked with Trump since the start of the season for The Apprentice USA television show. On the employee search TV show, Donald Trump served as a judge.
During the interview, Amy denied rumors that Donald Trump was wearing an extra wig, better known as a toupee. He also did not confirm public comments that Trump had a hair transplant.
When it comes to hair color, Amy says that Donald Trump's hair coloring always looks uneven. Amy gave the name "calamity" to Trump's hair color. "The color is very uneven, and done inappropriately. He (the person who dyes the hair) only tinted the top, but didn't smooth it down properly," explains Amy.
As for the haircut, Amy believes that it is not a professional hairdresser who cuts hair. "If I look back at her hair, I can say that it was not the hairdresser who made this cut. The haircut was terrible, just cut it flat," he said. Just like hair color, Amy suspects that the person who cut Donald Trump's hair is the closest person around him, maybe his wife or child.
Trump also does his own hair, usually he combs all his hair back. Amy said that when Donald Trump came to the set, usually his hair was neatly styled. Amy is only responsible for keeping it tidy during filming. "Usually, Trump uses a sticky spray to keep the hairstyle like that," said Amy. "I just combed the back and a little part of Trump's hair. But the shape of the hairstyle is solid," he added.
Amy added that Donald Trump's hairstyle has always been the same since the 1980s. "What I don't like is that his hairstyle describes his personality that doesn't like change."
