The unhealthy menu that Donald Trump asks for every time he eats from McDonald’s
Usually orders two Big Macs, two fried fish burgers, and a chocolate shake
Two former advisers to Donald Trump's campaign have just published a book with some curious details about the president. Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie speak in ‘Let Trump be Trump’ about the unhealthy menu the mogul ate when he was struggling to get the United States present.
As they reveal, when Donald Trump chose to order from McDonald's, he was clear about what the minimum order had to be: two Big Macs, two fried fish burgers and a chocolate shake. They forgot to mention if he asked for chips and a sugary drink, as seen on Instagram. A menu with a high fat content, much higher than recommended.
The now president of the United States is an avowed lover of fast food. His love for these foods has even led him to ask White House chefs to imitate specific dishes from McDonald's, a company for which he shot some commercials.
As reported by The Guardian, the menu requested by Trump in this fast food chain adds 2,420 calories. You ate almost the 2,500 calories that doctors recommend for an entire day for adult men.
The worst of that command would be the 112 grams of fat that make it up. They represent 172% of what Trump should eat every 24 hours. It also exceeds in sodium, since its McDonald’s menu supposes 3,470 milligrams of salt, 144% of the recommended daily dose.
