Covid-19: the discreet vaccination of Donald and Melania Trump
Melania and Donald Trump were quietly vaccinated against Covid-19 during the month of January, before leaving the White House.
It is a gesture that the 45th President of the United States has not made public. His entourage confirmed to Agence France-Presse, Monday, March 1, that Donald Trump and his wife Melania were vaccinated against Covid-19 while they were still in the White House. No other clarification was provided. Unlike Joe Biden who was vaccinated live on television on December 21, a few weeks before coming to power, Donald Trump has never publicly mentioned his vaccination.
Sunday, during his first speech since leaving the White House, Donald Trump estimated that "everyone should be vaccinated". His statements took on particular relief because some of his supporters are particularly skeptical of the vaccine. Tested positive in early October for Covid-19, Donald Trump was hospitalized for several days at Walter Reed military hospital, in the suburbs of Washington.
