Melania Trump on the verge of a nervous breakdown (again) and the rumors about the couple (in crisis) continue
It is hot, there is the electoral campaign, a pandemic to manage and protests across the country that show no sign of stopping. We add a couple who already have their problems and a scandal book that may soon reveal unwelcome family details (what ??). Here is the perfect recipe for a clockwork marriage crisis.
But at the Trump home, things are certainly not resolved with a good fight and a few broken dishes and therefore, although the nervousness for the corridors of the White House is now cut with the knife, the protocol requires smiles of circumstance and full speed ahead. Too bad, however, that Melania has no intention of letting the bad mood pass and if she really has to show up at public events she does it wearing her (glamorous) long muzzle and the poisoned tooth towards her handsome husband in sight of her. At the July 4th ceremony it appears that the first lady even refused to stand up during the presidential address. What is happening?

If Melania is on the verge of a nervous breakdown there will be a reason and it could have to do with the way Trump is handling the Coronavirus as it appears that East Wing and West Wing have two very different approaches to security measures. or - as the most indiscreet rumors claim - with a marriage now at an end. In the video in question (analyzed under the microscope on social networks) it seems that the first lady has no desire to attend the speech for the Independence Day: the President touches her shoulder to invite her to get up but she shakes her head and does not moves.
"Melania has kidney problems, with Covid-19 she should not attend these events" writes someone on Twitter confirming the thesis of the pandemic quarrels. Others, however, point out that the video is not all that explicit and therefore it is by no means certain that Trump was asking his wife to get up: the exchange between the two could be more peaceful than it seems.
This thesis, however, does not convince the most (mischievous) and after all the Trump spouses have always accustomed us to a couple relationship as tense as a rope and full of mysteries, just think of Donald's arrival in the White House alone with Melania still in New York (now we know that there were important interests behind it, ed), the fact in the public domain that the two do not even share a bedroom, or the anything but affectionate attitude that FLOTUS and POTUS hold in public . One thing, however, now seems certain (at least from her latest biography, buy now on Amazon): Melania leaves nothing to chance, not even the movement of an eyebrow, her gestures are calculated to the millimeter in a tug-of-war of interests with husband.
According to the author of the book The Art of Her Deal: The Untold Story of Melania Trump, the first lady knows perfectly well how to get what she wants, she is ambitious and determined at least as much as Trump: they are two similar souls and therefore understand each other, both loners, calculating and crafty. And if that's the case, then their union - be it love or interest - is definitely stronger than skirmishes and gossip and those who expect to see them collapse, well, will probably be disappointed.
