Delivering Easter Message, Trump Offends Democrats as "Mad Left Radicals"
Former US President Donald Trump alluded to "mad leftist radicals" while delivering an Easter message. "Happy Easter everyone. Including the Mad Left Radical who rigged the presidential election and destroyed our country," he said sarcastically. His message came a day after calling for boycotts of companies such as Coca Cola and the Major Baseball League (MLB).
This is because the company has criticized the new election rules issued by the Georgia state congress. MLB, for example, said they would move the All-Star match from Georgia once the rule was passed. In his statement Saturday (3/4/2021), Trump insinuated that the baseball league had lost both its prestige and its audience.
"They are now moving out of Atlanta because of the Radical Left Democrats who want to do whatever it takes for our election," the doctor said. "Boycott baseball and all its supporting companies intervening in clean and fair elections. Are you listening to Coke, Delta?" he continued. Reported by the New York Post on Sunday (4/4/2021), Georgia authorized changes to election rules to prevent fraud. But by Democrats, the rules that come months after Joe Biden beat Trump there have come under fire. Especially in the Janusri special election, two Democratic Senate candidates, Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, won there. This is the first time the party in blue has overpowered the Republican at Peach State since 1992.
