Bill Gates and Melinda Gates separate after 27 years
Through a statement published on Monday on his official Twitter account, Bill Gates announced his divorce from Melinda Gates.
Bill Gates, co-founder and former CEO of Microsoft, announced on Monday through his Twitter account that he and his wife Melinda Gates will be separated after 27 years.

Through a statement posted on Twitter account, Gates announced his divorce, on her part, Melinda Gates also did it through her official Instagram account.
Bill and Melinda Gates met at Microsoft, as she had been the director of marketing at the software company.
Financial details after the split are still unclear, as Gates owns 1.37% of Microsoft's outstanding shares, which are worth more than $ 26 billion.
Recall that in 2021 Gates withdrew from Microsoft's board when the coronavirus took over the world. After his retirement she dedicated herself to working at his 'Bill and Melinda Gates' foundation, alongside his now ex-wife.
