Jennifer Lopez's Daughter Emme Reveals What It Was Like Performing Together at the 2020 Super Bowl

Jennifer Lopez's daughter Emme Muñiz opened up about what it was like to perform at this year's Super Bowl, her new children's book and more in an interview on Thursday (Sept. 24).

Turns out, when it came to belting out a mash-up of "Let's Get Loud" and Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the U.S.A.," the 12-year-old was unfazed at the prospect of singing in front of millions of viewers. "I just don’t overthink it," she told People of her big moment back in February alongside her superstar mom and Shakira. "I get up there and do it."

Another thing the pre-teen -- whom J.Lo shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony -- has accomplished? Penning children's book Lord Help Me, which is set to hit bookstores Sept. 29 via Crown Books for Young Readers.

"I really hope children are able to learn to pray, share the book and spread the power of prayer after reading it," she said of the illustrated picture book, revealing she bounced ideas off her nanny while working on it.

Lord Help Me isn't just about prayer. In the book, Muñiz also details her love for animals, and told People that sloths are her all-time favorite of the animal kingdom. "I want to donate to organizations that build sloth sanctuaries," she said during the interview of how she plans to spend the proceeds from the book.

As for what her famous parents and twin sibling Max think of everything she's accomplished before becoming a teenager? "They are all really proud of me," said the burgeoning author.
