Amber Heard and Elon Musk go public with their relationship
The actress, ex-wife of Johnny Depp, shares a photo with the founder of Tesla on Instagram
Amber Heard and billionaire Elon Musk have made their first public appearance together during their stay in Australia, where the actress is filming her next movie: Aquaman. The 31-year-old actress and the 45-year-old Tesla founder spent Sunday on the Currumbin reservation in Queensland, where they were seen walking around the waist.
Hours later the confirmation arrived in networks. The interpreter, ex-wife of Johnny Depp, shared on her Instagram account a photo in which she appears with her new partner, who appeared with a lipstick mark in the form of a kiss on her cheek. "Bold," wrote the actress next to the image. Musk shared in this same social network another snapshot of that moment in which the actress looks at him smiling. Just a few days ago, Heard's father told Grazia magazine that her daughter's relationship was "very serious" and that he wanted to "start a family."
This is not the first time that Heard and Musk have spent time together. In March, they both attended a screening of Al Gore's upcoming documentary An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power in California. They were also seen last July at the same luxurious Miami hotel, the Delano South Beach, although that time they could not be captured together.
Heard's controversial divorce from actor Johnny Depp ended in January and the wealthy businessman filed for divorce from his wife Talulah Riley in January 2015. Musk has five children from a previous marriage.
Just a month ago, Heard reappeared at a public event to appear as a guest at the Pride and Prejudice discussion forum, organized by The Economist magazine. The occasion served for Heard to speak about her bisexuality. "I thought it was not important or interesting to make the news ... I was always open about it. I was an activist. I went to protests. I was never in (the closet). I had a relationship and I never hid it, but my career and life they started to change when I revealed it publicly, "he said.
