Brad Pitt was awarded the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood. During his speech, the comedian praised Leonardo DiCaprio, including reflecting on his tragic fate in Titanic.



Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood triumphed at the 77th Golden Globe Awards, which took place on the night of January 5-6 in Los Angeles. Named in five categories, Quentin Tarantino's ninth film came away with three statuettes, establishing itself as the most awarded feature film of the evening. The comedy-drama, which immerses us in the Hollywood of 1969, collected the trophies for Best Picture - Comedy or Musical, Best Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor for Brad Pitt.


The 56-year-old star earned his second Golden Globe in this category, 24 years after his performance in The Twelve Monkeys Army. In Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood, Brad Pitt lends his features to Cliff Booth, stuntman and faithful friend of Rick Dalton, former glory of the small screen slightly outdated by his time. During his acceptance speech, the actor logically took the time to greet his partner Leonardo DiCaprio, with whom he forms an already cult duo.
