Jennifer Lawrence Wins Oscar With Few Incidents
Jennifer Lawrence received the highest award for actress at the 2013 Oscars, the Dolby Theatre, Sunday (24/02). The 21-year-old actress won the Best Actress award for her role as Tiffany in SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK.
The beautiful actress who was wearing a Dior Haute Couture dress immediately walked to the podium when her name was read as the winner. Unexpectedly, Jennifer Lawrence got a small incident on her way to the podium. Either because of her wide dress or because of her shoes, she slipped and fell on the steps of the podium.
This little incident became a bonus for him who got the "grand prize" from the Oscar judges. While slipping, actor Hugh Jackman was seen running and trying to help Jennifer to stand. He then continued his journey to the podium to give his victory speech.
That night Jennifer beat Jessica Chastain (ZERO DARK THIRTY), Naomi Watts (THE IMPOSSIBLE), Quvenzhane Wallis (BEAST OF SOUTHERN WILD), and Emmanuelle Riva (AMOUR) to get the main trophy.
