Kylie Jenner’s stalker has been banged up - after 'hopping' over the gates and into her private estate.
The reality star can rest easily as her terrifying trespasser will be behind bars for a year.
According to TMZ obsessed fan Brandon Sevilla Martinez will be serving time at L.A. County Jail after 'hopping' over the star's gate at her posh pad in Calabasas.
He is thought to have pleaded 'no contest to one misdemeanor count of trespass by driving on private property'.
Plus 'one felony count of bringing contraband into jail' - a glass pipe.
The superstar got a temporary restraining order against Martinez last month after it's thought he walked up her driveway and aggressively knocked on her door demanding to see her.
He was soon arrested after a security guard escorted him off the property.
It's thought the defendant also got three years probation and has to stay at least 100 yards away from 22-year-old Kylie's neighborhood Hidden Hills.
Although the make-up mogul wasn't at home, she was thought to be ‘scared’ for the safety of her and one-year-old daughter Stormy.
A source previously told TMZ: "She's afraid the guy will continue to stalk her and come to her home in the future.
"She says the guy follows her and other members of her family on social media."
Her lawyer will return to court later this month to try and make the order permanent.
