Margot Robbie CHOSE To Be full frontal In That 'The Wolf Of Wall Street' Scene That Brought Us To Our Knees

'The Wolf of Wall Street' is one of the best movies ever made for many reasons. Of course, anything that is directed by Martin Scorsese HAS to be iconic, but it was also the stellar cast and their insane dedication to the script that made this movie a true class act.

Margot Robbie had been in the Hollywood scene for quite some time, doing independent movies and even a soap opera between 2008 and 2011, but what followed next shot her fame to the stars and her true career really began.

She was then presented with an opportunity that most actors would gladly sell a limb for—starring opposite Leonardo DiCaprio in the Scorsese directed 'The Wolf of Wall Street'. After nailing her audition like a boss, she was cast as the sexy AF Naomi Lapaglia in the 2013 film, after which the 27-year-old's career soared.

However, you will be surprised to know that Margot, who oozed sheer confidence every time she came on screen, was actually not sure if she was good enough for the heavy role.

“"I was just terrified that people would see the movie and think 'eugh! She's not that great'. When I was playing Naomi in The Wolf of Wall Street it was so high-tempo sexy. I was acutely aware that the line in the screenplay was 'the hottest blonde ever' – I'm clearly not the hottest blonde ever," she said in an interview last October.

Now I am sure many of you just want to run to her and tell her how wrong she is, Margot also revealed the mind-blowing fact that she actually changed a small detail in one of the scenes. A small chance that made the scene iconic. Remember when she appeared in the doorway, completely naked in nothing but thigh-high stockings and heels in an attempt to further seduce the already weakening DiCaprio? (If you don't, you deserve the most painful death). That was HER idea!

Apparently, Scorsese told Margot that she can wear a bath robe, but she flatly refused to do that. Speaking to the Telegraph, she explains why she went fully nude.

"The whole point of Naomi is that her body is her only form of currency in this world. So when Marty was trying to help me out, and said in the scene where she seduces Jordan perhaps I could have a robe on, I said she wouldn't. She has to be naked. She's laying her cards on the table."

She sure looked confident as hell, and she sure knocked the wind out of both Leonardo and everyone on the planet. But she had her own fears as well.

"I just flat out lied to my family for a really long time. I said, 'I don't care what you hear, there is no nudity, I'm not doing any nudity. Ignore anything anyone's saying, there is no nudity'. And then I thought, 'Well, the movie's going to come out and they'll see there's nudity', so I changed that. The lie evolved to, 'Well actually it's a body double, and they just CGI-ed my head onto someone else'. "My family don't have anything to do with the entertainment industry so they totally bought it. They were like, 'They can do that?' And I was like, 'Oh, technology these days, you wouldn't believe what they do in Hollywood'," she said in an interview to Jimmy Kimmel.
