Actress Megan Fox is officially divorced
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are officially ex-husbands, because a judge signed their final divorce agreement.
Fox and Green got the seal of approval from the judge on Tuesday, the agreement approved joint legal and physical custody of their 3 children and while the documents didn't say much about child and spousal support, there was a reference to an agreement outside of the court.
Sources close to the former couple told TMZ that they did not have a prenuptial agreement and in California, that means everything they acquired during their 10-year union would be 50/50.
Megan will also have her legal name reverted to Megan Fox from Megan Green.
Megan and Brian were married on a Maui beach in 2010 and she filed for divorce in 2015, but the papers were eventually withdrawn in 2019 so that the couple would file for legal separation again in 2020.
Megan recently got engaged to Machine Gun Kelly.
