In the jaw-dropping snap, the songstress stuffed her hands down her love's underwear while they posed the provocative shot in the mirror.
Miley nuzzled Cody's shoulder as he snapped the incredibly scandalous selfi on his mobile phone.
They looked closer than ever when the lovebirds flaunted their romance on social media once again.
Miley penned a very flirtatious comment beneath the series of pictures uploaded onto Cody's account.
She wrote: "Need. Oxygen. Can’t. Breathe. I. Stan. For. Ever. Ship."
Miley's love life has been under the microscope since she split from Liam Hemsworth and then Kaitlynn Carter in the space of weeks.
The Wrecking Ball hitmaker struck up a romance with old friend soon after her split from Kaitlynn.
Now her manager Matt Zeidman let slip about Miley and Cody's burgeoning romance as he stressed they were both "sober" now and had put their wilder days behind them.
He said: "It is early, but their friendship is longstanding and deeper than people realise.
"Though they originally met during their own wilder phases, they're both sober now and are focused on health, work and spending time together. Seems pretty ideal to me."
Liam meanwhile has found solace with fellow Aussie Maddison Brown as he puts his heartache behind him.
The pair were snapped holding hands in New York, and appeared to not have a care in the world.
