“It is possible that Jennifer may have had a rhinoplasty (surgical name for nose resurfacing surgery).
“Her nose appears thinner at the bridge and the tip and nostrils appear smaller than in the previous image.
“The surgical procedure to reduce the size of the nostrils is called alar base reduction. The shape of the nose changes in such a way can only be achieved through surgery rather than contouring.
“The results of this procedure are very natural and still match the natural proportions of her face.
“The cost of the rhinoplasty procedure ultimately depends on many different physiological factors, the technique used and the surgeon. They usually range between £6000 – £10,000. (Rp 1-1.8 billion)
“Looking at J-Lo's past pictures, it's possible she has had breast augmentation.
“Breast enlargement aims to increase the size, shape, or fullness of the breasts using implants. I'm going to assume that she probably asked for a natural shape maybe even an anatomical implant (teardrop shaped) keeping the inside of her frame.
“This can be achieved in many ways depending on the breast tissue and the patient's current surgeon's recommendations, with the choice of shape, size and placement of the implant during surgery. The average price of this procedure is £5500 – £6500. (Rp 100-118 million)
“I also suggested she had had anti-wrinkle injections, often referred to as Botox, into her forehead and around her eyes.
“This non-surgical treatment will create a smooth forehead and limit frown/expression lines. This treatment will usually last three to six months when muscle action gradually returns, lines and wrinkles begin to reappear and need to be treated again.
“This procedure can give your skin a smoother appearance if you are after a youthful appearance or it can be used as a preventative measure to slow down the process of getting wrinkles.
"It is clear that Jennifer leads a healthy lifestyle of diet and exercise and a good skin care routine to help maintain her youthful appearance, along with natural genetics and the possibility of surgical and non-surgical treatments."
